The Command Line view provides access to the Command Line Interface (CLI) which displays process and thread state and supports running CLI commands directly in the terminal rather than using the UI.

The two components of the CLI are the Tcl-based programming environment and the commands added to the Tcl interpreter that support debugging your program.
