Bug Fixes and Performance Improvements
Numerous bug fixes and performance improvements have been addressed.
The New UI TotalView User Interface
To change between the new UI and the TotalView Classic UI, use the Preferences dialog on the Display menu. You can also launch the new UI with the -newUI switch:
totalview -newUI
New features added to the new, modern user interface in this release include:
Process and Thread Navigation Enhancements Cycle through processes in the current control group or threads within the process in focus using the new Next Process/Thread, Previous Process/Thread options in the Process and Thread menus. Focus on a specific process or thread using the new Jump to Process/Thread (Px)… menu option to bring up the Jump To Process/Thread dialog.
Array View Filtering Filter array contents using the new Filter options in the Array View’s Array Configuration Options dialog. Choose an operation (such as ==, <, or <=, etc.), then add a value to filter by or choose a special IEEE floating point value. Select multiple filter expressions using && or ||.
