Part I, “CLI Commands” contains descriptions of all the CLI commands, the variables that you can set using the CLI, and other CLI-related information.

Part II, “Running TotalView” documents all possible command-line options as well as those that customize the behavior of the tvdsvr.

Part III, “Platforms and Operating Systems” provides general information on compilers, runtime environments, operating systems, and supported architectures.

Part IV, “Appendices” includes Appendix A which describes how to create startup profiles for environments that TotalView does not define.
