This section describes how to tell MemoryScape to stop execution either when an event or an error occurs. Telling you that a problem has occurred is called
notification. Notification requires that the
Halt execution on memory event or error option be enabled—”enabled” is the default. (This option is located on the advanced display of the
Memory Debugging Options screen.
In addition, You can tell MemoryScape to notify you when a block is allocated or deallocated by setting a notification within the
Block Properties window.
