The appearance of the CLI prompt lets you know that the CLI is ready to accept a command. This prompt lists the current focus, and then displays a greater-than symbol (>) and a blank space. (The current focus is the processes and threads to which the next command applies.) For example:The current focus is the default set for each command, focusing on the first user thread in process 1.The current focus is all worker threads in the control group that contains process 3.You can change the prompt’s appearance by using the dset command to set the PROMPT state variable; for example:
