Debugging Memory Problems with MemoryScape : Chapter 2 Memory Tasks : Task 3: Setting MemoryScape Options : Advanced Options

Advanced Options
If you need to fine tune MemoryScape behaviors, you can use the controls within the Advanced Options display within the Memory Debugging Options screen.
Select the Advanced Options button to switch the Memory Debugging Options display so that advanced options are visible. This screen is contained illustrated in Figure 40.
The only way to reliably place MemoryScape configuration information into remote processes is to set the TVHEAP_ARGS variable. For information, go to http:// www.roguewave.com/support/product-documentation.aspx.
Use the Basic Options button to return to the original display.
This screen has six sets of controls. In this figure, all six are selected. The buttons set when you first see this screen are those determined by the Low, Medium, High, and Extreme selections within the basic screen.
Notice the process controls on the left of this screen. By selecting one or more processes, you can limit the activities being performed to just those processes.
Here are the kinds of activities you can modify, enable, or disable:
