The information in this guide is organized in parts:
• Part I, Using the CLI contains descriptions of all the CLI commands, the variables that you can set using the CLI, and other CLI-related information.
• Part II, Transformations discusses formatting and transformations that display data in a clear and concise format to facilitate easier debugging sessions.
• Part III, Running TotalView documents all possible command-line options as well as those that customize the behavior of the tvdsvr.
• Part IV, Platforms and Operating Systems provides general information on compilers, runtime environments, operating systems, and supported architectures.
• Part V, Appendices includes Appendix A which describes how to create startup profiles for environments that TotalView does not define.
