Preferences

TotalView offers a range of customizable preferences that let you tailor the debugging environment to your workflow. From setting search paths and adjusting display options to controlling action point and parallel attach behaviors, these preferences help you optimize how TotalView interacts with your code. This section describes how to configure these preferences to suit your needs.

You can configure TotalView preferences by using the Preferences dialog. To open the Preferences dialog, use one of the following methods:

Click on the Settings toolbar.
Select File > Preferences.
