CUDA License Information
To support CUDA debugging, TotalView ships with certain NVIDIA header files. These header files contain license information, and not always the same information. Below we detail the different versions of the license information correlated with the files they occur in.
License information in the files common.h, elfutil.h, libcudacore.h, and tls.h:
